    We hope that you love your Passé purchase. However, if you wish to return your item, we offer a 7 day return policy from date of receipt. Please notify us of your return as soon as possible. Your order will be fully refunded (excluding any shipping costs) as long as it is returned in its original condition within 7 days.

  • RETURN COSTS

    Please note, the customer is responsible for any return shipping and insurance costs; Passé is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during their return to us. Once we have received your return, we will credit your account within 7 working days.

  • DAMAGED ITEMS

    All of our pieces are antique or vintage, therefore, they may not always be in perfect condition and may show signs of wear due to their age. If you have received a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your piece, please ensure you send us photographs of the damaged piece and the packaging so we can assess.


    Note, full refunds will be processed for items that suffered damage during transit.
